Job Description

  • Restaurant located in Muscat, Oman
  • International upscale cuisine bar/lounge restaurant located in luxury hotel
  • Part of local restaurant group
  • Consulting Chef to work for 3 - 4 months, extension possible if both parties agree
  • Create new dishes, recipes and train the team and chef on how to make them.
  • Upgrade the kitchens SOPs to improve the day to day running of the kitchen
  • Cuisine is Italian with other international cuisines also offered


Requirements

  • Must be European, with Mediterranean cuisine experience
  • Fine dining experience, prefer someone with a few years working for a Michelin star 
  • Valid passport
  • Single Status
  • Can work 3 - 4 months consulting
