Our client is looking to hire a Cloud Support Executive to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. You will help establish our clients reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
- Manage network-related workloads, including DNS and firewalls
- To provide and help the clients with support as and when required.
- Maintaining for general health and maintenance of cloud service offerings
- Providing written designs and documentation regarding proposed or actual cloud deployment
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolvedRequirements
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Preferred education background in Computer science or Information Technology.
- Has worked with or understands about SaaS and Cloud storage solutions.
- Experience as a Cloud Support Specialist or similar role
