Job Description

Our client is an FX trading platform and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a native Chinese Mandarin speaking customer service executive to join their customer centre in the UAE.

Role Summary
  • Assist inbound worldwide new and existing clients through live support, telephone calls and emails for account set up, amending account details and escalating technical issues.
  • Complaint handling.
  • Accurate record keeping and reporting.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years’ in a customer service role with experience of meeting KPIs and targets related to volume of calls, answering calls, duration and quality of calls.
  • Proven abilities in investigating and clarifying customer requirements, responding to and resolving queries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily to grow and retain customers.

Candidate Profile
  • Currently living in the United Arab Emirates
  • Native speaker in Chinese Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Speaking in English is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrable soft skills such as empathy, listening and understanding.
  • Ability to stay calm, focused, polite and helpful.
  • Confident with an outgoing personality and cheerful disposition.
