Our client is an FX trading platform and as part of their growth, we are recruiting a native Chinese Mandarin speaking customer service executive to join their customer centre in the UAE.
Role Summary
Assist inbound worldwide new and existing clients through live support, telephone calls and emails for account set up, amending account details and escalating technical issues.
Complaint handling.
Accurate record keeping and reporting.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
2+ years’ in a customer service role with experience of meeting KPIs and targets related to volume of calls, answering calls, duration and quality of calls.
Proven abilities in investigating and clarifying customer requirements, responding to and resolving queries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily to grow and retain customers.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates
Native speaker in Chinese Mandarin is mandatory.
Speaking in English is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrable soft skills such as empathy, listening and understanding.
Ability to stay calm, focused, polite and helpful.
Confident with an outgoing personality and cheerful disposition.
