Job Description:

Expertise in Chinese Cuisine Master Chef for preparing Chinese dishes.
Able to cook Mala Hotpot dishes, have barbeque skills, able to prepare chinese salad (eg. Liang Ban Chai.)
Able to study each recipe and gathering all necessary ingredients and prepare all kind of Chinese Foods ingredients.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the food preparation area.
Comply with F&B safety & hygiene and Workplace safety & health policies and procedures.
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and standards.
Preparing & Cooking Food.
