Role Brief

Were recruiting an experienced Chief Technology Officer for one of the top Delivery Company in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities:

Providing technical leadership at the enterprise level and serving an integral role in operations and business development.
Developing objectives and strategies for the implementation of innovative solutions while optimizing existing systems, applications, and information
Making recommendations and presenting business advantages for technology initiatives and improvements
Leading your team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needs
Designing and leading the implementation of our strategy for technology while ensuring the implementation and enforcement of technology standards across the organization
Advocating and communicating technology capabilities internally and externally, including leadership, Utilities Board, customers, partners, and vendors
Sharing information and developing a collective understanding of programs and issues.
Develop a strong, world-class technical team and technical product development capability.
Develop a global innovation strategy that leverages external technical partnerships.
Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic technical partnerships to support business priorities and objectives.
Collaborate closely with the Executive team to lead potential opportunities assessment, prioritization, and techno-economic feasibility.
Strategize and align with Operations and marketing teams to meet timelines and objectives.

Requirements

Must have Experience in:

Bachelors/masters Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
10-15 years of experience in a software development leadership role in a large-scale e-commerce environments
Extensive product development experience of web and mobile apps
Experience in working with CRM systems that integrate payment gateways, shopping carts, merchant accounts, affiliate tracking systems, email campaigns, video emails, SMS messaging, autoresponders, commission calculation engines and 3rd part commission payment software
