Functional responsibilities
Preparing a communication plan for the agenda of government agencies in Abu Dhabi in coordination with stakeholders to implement the objectives of the agenda including the demand for the service and the use and adoption of channels
Collaboration with partnership, government relations, marketing and communications departments with regard to participation frameworks for continuous improvement in performance
Cooperation with the Department of Service Design and Development in the initial communication phase and escalations of Abu Dhabi Government Services Agenda activities and interventions
Support in implementing the implementation plan, including community outreach plan and ensuring communication with government agencies in Abu Dhabi regarding abu dhabis government services agenda to understand current and potential services and generate ideas about future services
Designing service level agreements in collaboration with various government agencies in Abu Dhabi with regard to the service agenda communication plan and disseminating them to the relevant parties
Implement quality assurance methodology for service level agreements to ensure the integrity of corporate governance practices and requirements
Developing relationships and partnerships with various government agencies in Abu Dhabi regarding abu dhabis government services agenda
Implementation of plans to improve relationships and coordination with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation
Reporting on the level of the agenda communication plan for different departments and departments within the sector
Perform any other duties or career activities appointed by the direct manager
Institutional responsibilities

Requirements
Academic qualifications
Bachelors degree or diploma in computer science, computer engineering, or any other related field
Professional experience
Experience in computer science, computer engineering or any other relevant field, so that at least:
Years of experience for bachelors degree campaign: 6 to 8 years
