Role Overview

The CEO will lead the company’s strategic direction, drive revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and position the firm as a global leader in advisory services. This is a high-impact role requiring vision, agility, and execution strength.

The CEO will be based in Saudi Arabia and report directly to the Board of Directors. The role is within a global consulting firm specializing in IFRS Advisory, Risk, Tax, Compliance, and Digital Transformation. The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of senior leadership experience, preferably with a background in one of the Big 4 firms.

Strategic Direction

·      Define and drive the company’s mission, vision, and long-term objectives

·      Develop and implement business strategy aligned with global market dynamics

·      Lead strategic initiatives, innovation, and digital evolution

Business Growth & Development

·      Spearhead business development efforts and expand service lines

·      Forge strategic partnerships and enter new markets

·      Identify high-value client opportunities across geographies

Client & Market Engagement

·      Cultivate CXO-level client relationships

·      Ensure delivery of high-quality advisory services in IFRS, Risk, Tax, and Compliance

·      Position the firm as a trusted advisor and thought leader

Financial & Operational Leadership

·      Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and risk management

·      Ensure revenue growth and financial sustainability

·      Optimize internal operations and performance efficiency 

People Leadership

·      Build and lead a high-performing executive and consulting team

·      Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration

·      Attract, retain, and develop top talent globally

Governance & Compliance

·      Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

·      Lead enterprise risk management initiatives

·      Promote ethical leadership and governance excellence

Stakeholder Management

·      Maintain active communication with the Board and key stakeholders

·      Represent the firm in industry forums and public platforms

·      Strengthen investor, partner, and regulatory relationships

·      15–20 years of senior leadership experience in global consulting

·      Deep expertise in GRC, IFRS, Tax, or Digital Advisory domains

·      Proven track record of scaling advisory businesses and driving transformation

·      Prior Big 4 experience strongly preferred

·      MBA or equivalent professional qualification

·      High emotional intelligence, integrity, and strategic thinking

·      Visionary leadership with global business acumen

·      Client-first approach with strong market and sector insight
