Job Description

Chef De Cuisine

  • Speciality Seafood Restaurant on the beach with indoor outdoor seating
  • Resort is in Amjan, United Arab Emirates (30 minute drive to Dubai)
  • Located a luxury resort part of leading international luxury hotel group
  • Reports to the Resort Exec Chef
  • Restaurant opens in October, chef will start in August in resort main kitchen to set up menus etc for reopening
  • Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner



Requirements

  • Italian cuisine experience preferred
  • Sous Chef or higher
  • Single status


Benefits

  • 8000 - 10000 AED basic salary per month net (2200 USD - 2700 USD)
  • Plus Tips /Service charge around 500 AED per month (136 USD) 
  • 1 bedroom fully furnished housing

  • 3 year renewable contract .
  • Single only.
