Optimum utilization of manpower as per store requirements.Building career growth plans and development needs for the team.RequirementsRelevant work experience in handling one or more within a big or medium size store directly handling a team size of 10 or more people.Experience catogeries- Electronics, Consumer Durable, Toys, Sports & Fitness, Fashion & Lifestyle,Home Décor & Furnishings,Kitchen,Home Accessories, washing & Cleaning Equipment/Tools,Baby & Kids. Graduation is a must.Candidates with 5-6 years of relevant retail experience.Willing to relocate to Qatar.
