Coordinates to close raised issues, or provide workarounds within a scheduled time period.
Investigate and resolve issues identified by project users, engaging vendor support services as required.
Provides or plans ongoing user support for multiple 3D applications.
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
Assist with the development of quality procedures and supporting documentation that reflect best practice initiatives and workflows that will assist in the efficient use of CAD applications.
Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements.
