Office timings : 9 am to 6 pm
Location : JLT, Dubai
Position : Accounts and Finance Lead
Salary Range : 10-12 k Dir ham per month CTC (INR 2-2.5 Lakhs per month)
Roles and Responsibility :
The tasks, roles and responsibilities will include the following :
Providing support for cash flow planning
Bank reconciliations
Analyzing competitor activity
Risk management
Creating statutory accounts
Analyzing market trends
Financial reporting
Tax structuring for each country of operation
Preparing/reviewing the annual budget
Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits, ensuring that accurate and timely information is always provided. Produce and validate the Ad Hoc reports and presentations upon management requests Monitor the country’s annual budget, highlight variances, and recommend remedial actions as and when needed.
Ensure proper funds are available to run the operation, including proper cash flow management (on daily basis) and forecast to be able to identify ahead of time the financial needs by amount and by type (Over Drafts, CIL, Term Loans, LGs, SBLCs, FOREX)
Manage payments/transfers to the suppliers in order to ensure they are executed on time (according to the franchise agreement or any other agreed upon terms), and notify the suppliers accordingly by sending swift copies of transfers
Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company procedures, while consulting with tax advisors and keeping abreast of tax-related laws and regulations. Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his / her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company
Requirements
Candidates must be Qualified Chartered Accountants only. Non CA candidates cant apply.
Candidates have to arrange their accommodation by themselves. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
Candidates must be fluent in English language.
Candidates should have long term vision for associating with the company.
