Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Setup Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of business setup processes in both Dubai Mainland and various UAE Freezones, with a focus on delivering seamless company formation services to clients. Manage the end-to-end company formation process for mainland, free zone, and offshore entities. Provide expert consultation to clients regarding business setup in Dubai Mainland and Freezones including SPC, SHAMS, RAKEZ, MEYDAN, IFZA, DMCC, DIFC, ADGM, etc. Process visa applications including mainland, free zone, and Golden Visas. Prepare and handle company amendments, ensuring accuracy in documentation. Draft and send professional business emails and maintain organized records using Microsoft Excel. Prepare customized business proposals based on client requirements using the company’s automated proposal portal. Meet and communicate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions. Liaise effectively with government entities, freezone authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant company setups. Monitor and follow up with authorities to expedite approvals and license issuance. Continuously identify and suggest improvements in internal setup and documentation processes. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Business Setup Advisor or Consultant in the UAE. Proven expertise in UAE company formation processes – Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore. Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Freezone portals and business setup tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and client management skills. Ability to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Job Summary:
