The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving Quant’s business opportunities for business growth and developing business strategies, sales, and partnerships efforts, primarily in regard to software and subscription-based products, and potentially project-based services as the circumstances may require. This includes developing and maintaining strategic goals, pre and post-sale requirements, such as prospecting, closing deals and providing support post sales in liaise with the technical personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing business options.
2. Establishing contact with clients and partners and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
3. Builds and maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
4. Maintains professional and technical knowledge through workshops, online courses, etc. to remain current on product updates, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
5. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
6. Maintaining CRM in regard to the leads, accounts, deals, parnters and contacts being generated.
7. Manage aftersales services & follow-ups with clients.
8. Conduct training workshops and guiding sessions for clients.
9. Develop and achieve set KPI’s and devises plans and initiatives for clients pipeline.
10. Develop both technical and commercial proposals.
Requirements
Academic Prerequisites:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field.
