Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and by forging strong relationships with Clients/System Integrators/Partners. - Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with customers and partners. - Increase brand awareness and drive sales through strategic initiatives. - Identify and develop vertical markets and key accounts, including government, health, education, transportation, retail, and hospitality sectors. - Collaborate with consultants to drive business development for ongoing and future projects. - Provide technical advice and support to clients and partners. - Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the delivery of effective security solutions. - Tailor and conduct presentations to clients and partners, showcasing the benefits of our security solutions. - Develop and negotiate contracts, closing business deals in collaboration with the legal team. - Implement the sales and marketing plan to meet business objectives. - Drive initiatives to enhance market penetration and achieve sales targets. - Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales-driven position within the security industry. - Familiarity with the Saudi market is essential. - Engineering background with a strong understanding of security solutions. - Solid network with key customers in the security industry. - Strong sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals. - Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives.Requirements
