Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for promoting company’s Disease Management Programs and also conceptualizing, developing proformas for feasibility and facilitating the implementation of new programs that will compliment and grow the company. The Manager coordinates program activities with the Patient Solutions Manager and Access Manager and effectively communicates with all referral sources and the various communities and organizations that represent the populations and cultures served by the company. Promotes company’s mission as the leading disease management provider in KSA. Job Responsibilities: · Key objective is to grow incremental and new sales for Manzil while simultaneously reducing client turnover. · Planning and executing solutions for the business development and operations to deliver to customers. · Mentoring team members. · Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers. · Preparing reports by collecting business development information and statistics. · Develops and manages both the marketing and community relations budget and plans that supports company’s community outreach initiatives/programs. · Works in collaboration with other community-based providers and to evaluate, develop, and implement as appropriate new programs or services for the company. · Develops programs and initiatives in targeted communities that align with company’s community-based focus and actively participates with organizations who also have health related goals in the post-acute care market. · Works closely with Customer Support, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other sales teams for ensuring the delivery of first-class delivery experience. · Develops strategies and implements activities to increase awareness of company’s programs and services. · Assists Community Relations (CRCs) and the Marketing Manager in recruiting appropriate others to participate in community activities; i.e., speakers bureau, community health fairs, healthcare conferences, pledge walks and ride, etc. · Maintains and develops relationships with key external healthcare related contacts in the community at large. Qualifications: · Communication/ Marketing Degree from College or University · Five (5) years of healthcare sales and marketing experience · Patient Support Program experience is preferable · Three (3) years of program development, leadership and management experience Skills: · Territory management skills · Excellent Presentation skills and effective public speaker · Able to prioritize and meet deadlines · Able to manage difficult situations · Uses own initiative and is able to make decisions · Self-motivated · Fluency in written and spoken English · Arabic Language skills (preferred)
