Job Description

Our client is a well-established insurance firm and as part of their growth we are recruiting a UAE experienced insurance business development manager to join their Dubai team.

The role will focus on new business development across all retail and corporate insurance products.

Role Summary

New business development and renewal retention – sourcing new clients, prospecting and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Maximize sales opportunities through networking, referrals, sales leads and cross selling.

Prepare sales reports on monthly achievements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

5 – 7 years’ UAE business development and sales experience in the UAE insurance broker sector with a strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong commercial and financial acumen to maximize return on investment
UAE driving license is mandatory.

Candidate Profile
