As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels. Conducting market research to discover new business development opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Presenting software solutions to potential clients and tailoring offerings to meet their needs. Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions. Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure business deals. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. Meeting and exceeding sales targets. To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. A results-driven attitude with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with the software industry is a plus. Fluency in English is required. Salary: Competitive base salary of 11,000 AED / 12,000 AED per month. Bonus: 6.5% commission on yearly sales.
