· Identify and prospect potential clients, including architects, developers, design firms, and other stakeholders, to generate new business opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and marketing, to develop innovative product offerings and marketing strategies to meet client needs and drive sales growth.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and in line with company objectives.
· Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the architecture, design, or construction industry.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
· Strong understanding of architectural models, maquettes, and related products and services.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving innovation and excellence in business development.
