Job Description

Redford Recruiters is currently hiring a Business Development Executives (Internship) to WORK REMOTELY.
While working remotely you will be required to collaborate with team members / Management via online platforms such as Zoho Meetings, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams etc.

Main Responsibilities

Generate leads via Online platforms, Social Media platforms, Telephone, Video link, and Face-to-Face meetings.
Pitch Recruitment (Staff Hiring) and HR services to the decision makers of new or existing clients
Visiting clients by arranging appointments or walk-ins
Maintaining fruitful relationships and establishing rapport with new and existing Clients
Negotiating and renegotiating contracts with clients
Generate revenue by closing deals in timely manner
