Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers.
Influencing and networking with current and prospective clients to build relationships at senior levels, and identify business needs to address.
Identifying, tracking, converting suitable leads which meet the overall strategy of the business especially in the field of FM.
Achieving business development and commercial targets through research and market intelligence gathering, the interpretation and communication of data and the preparation and implementation of appropriate action plans.
Work with and, where appropriate, support operations teams in the generation, management and conversion of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated Business Plan.
Following up new business opportunities, communicating with prospective clients and setting up F2F meetings and presentations.
Understanding tender needs both commercially and operationally and guide Head of Departments on relevant price aspects, including negotiating and finalizing deals.

Business Developments in Facilities Management 3-5 years (Preferred) UAE experience.
UAE valid Driving License is required.
Solutions-focused problem solver with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to operate with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle various issues.
Leadership with the ability to both deliver sales results solely and to build teams, delegate, and inspire people.
