Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the culinary and hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive to join their team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on building strategic partnerships, particularly within the F&B ecosystem—from ingredient brands to kitchen equipment manufacturers. You’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s network and influence across the region through high-impact collaborations and brand activations. Key Responsibilities · Identify and develop partnerships with F&B brands, kitchen appliance suppliers, and premium ingredient providers. · Confidently pitch the platform’s value proposition and programs to senior stakeholders and decision-makers. · Represent the organization at key industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. · Build and maintain long-term partnerships that drive recurring collaborations and brand visibility. · Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, content, and program delivery) to ensure seamless execution of partnerships. · Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and provide regular reports on business development performance. · Create compelling partnership proposals and presentations tailored to both internal objectives and partner needs. · 5–6 years of experience in business development within the hospitality, culinary, or F&B industries. · Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas clearly and persuasively. · Experienced in building relationships and closing deals with C-level executives and brand partners. · Background in hospitality events, culinary exhibitions, or F&B-related brand activations is highly desirable. · Passionate about food, hospitality, and innovative collaboration. · Existing network within the F&B and hospitality industry in the UAE or GCC. · Previous experience engaging with chefs, culinary institutions, or food-tech platforms. · Exposure to both regional and international brand partnerships.
