Conducting research on ecommerce trends and fulfilment services to identify new business opportunities.
Analysing competitor offerings and market positioning to inform strategy.
Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to e-commerce fulfillment services.
Work with senior management to set and achieve growth targets.
Identify and approach potential clients, including online retailers and brands needing fulfillment services.
Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch fulfillment solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues related to fulfillment services.
Collaborate with logistics providers, technology vendors, and other partners to enhance service offerings.
Explore opportunities for strategic alliances that can drive growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition and fulfillment operations.
Provide regular reports to management on business development activities and results.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or logistics, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Familiarity with fulfillment operations and supply chain management is a plus.
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and fulfillment technologies
