The Property Management Sales Consultant will execute the sales strategy to achieve our revenue forecasts , collaborate with internal and external clients, to actively pursue new business in addition to using knowledge of KAIZEN services to connect with clients and generate sales for the company.
He will be accountable for the commercial close of all deals and will be reporting to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities:
Execute sales development processes that allow for scale.
Gather market information on the Real Estate sector and translate research Info into relevant reports/notes covering opportunities and risks related to KAIZEN’s businesses.
Research and monitor competitors, and identify new trends.
Engage with existing clients, in addition to Understanding client behavior and trends and report how clients prefer to engage, and grow engagement
Measure our value from client perspective
Generate new SQL leads from references and industry meetings
Successful conversion of SQL to meetings , meetings to proposals, and proposals to wins Negotiate scope of work, prices, and terms to close sales deals and prepare sales agreements
Complete tender documents
Track all sales activities in the company’s CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
Create a solution based proposal and value statement.
Deliver results despite challenges.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or Equivalent.
Experience :3+ Years of Experience in Sales Development in Real Estate & Properties Industry , in regards to the below :
● Solid understanding of real estate industry and UAE B2B Market. ● The candidate must have experience in generating new business for property management in Dubai,
● High level of sales and negotiation skills, with proven track record of closing sales deals.
