Black & Grey HR is hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading SaaS-based technology company recognized for its innovation, client-centric approach, and collaborative work environment. We are seeking motivated, results-oriented professionals to join their expanding sales team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales activities to generate leads and introduce our Finance SaaS platform to potential clients.
Identify and qualify potential clients through direct interaction.
Deliver engaging and informative product presentations and demonstrations.
Answer client questions and address concerns effectively.
Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends and client needs.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Represent the company professionally and ethically always.
Requirements
0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a direct sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional demeanor.
