This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Director / Manager in Business Development for NuageCX Practice. The role involves building and leading a team from the ground up. The Associate Director / Director will be responsible for hiring and leading an inside sales team of 2-3 people. The position is based in Pune .
Responsibilities:
Drive business development and sales for “NuageCX “practice, with a focus on Zoho, Data Analytics, and Cloud solutions.
Meet revenue targets at both personal and team levels by promoting Zoho, Data Analytics, and Cloud services.
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring their productivity and efficiency in selling Zoho, Data Analytics, and Cloud solutions.
Personally handle lead generation, prospecting, and closing of new accounts for Zoho, Data Analytics, and Cloud services to achieve revenue goals.
Collaborate with engineering and presales teams to ensure effective sales processes for Zoho, Data Analytics, and Cloud solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies specific to Zoho, Data Analytics, and Cloud services, aligned with short- and long-term goals.
Conduct detailed qualification of sales opportunities and manage the sales cycle for Zoho, Data Analytics, and Cloud solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients for Zoho, Data Analytics, and Cloud services.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, management, and collaboration skills.
Previous experience selling Zoho, particularly in Zoho, Data Analytics, and Cloud domains, is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience managing an inside sales team in India.
Proven track record of selling Zoho or Data Analytics, and Cloud solutions into the US and Europe markets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
