Job Description

We are currently assisting an upcoming sports facility in Abu Dhabi that will be opening in multiple site locations. They are looking for a Business Analyst who will have the following responsibilities:

Create financial models and evaluate new projects
Conduct market research, benchmarking, etc.
Analyze the current structure of the business and determine how it operates to increase efficiency and productivity
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Ensuring communication is accurate throughout the branches and that all documents and systems reflect the correct situation of the branch
Listens to client concerns with empathy and offers every possible help within the role assigned and, ensures a follow through of the client issue till its closure
General administration of public events
Perform other general office duties

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate must have:

• At least 5 to 10 years working experience in a similar role, exposure to the sports or real estate industry is preferred

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or relevant degree. Post-graduate degrees and/or CFA is a plus

• High proficiency in data modelling techniques

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
