§ Support both GMP and GMS with strategic projects and initiatives along with BAU tasks, including various digital and e-channels initiatives § Run projects and new activity working committee from initiation to completion while adhering to the policy guidelines; planning, designing, budgeting, implementation and maintain formal documentation § Act as the liaison between business and stakeholders for requirements gathering, UAT, reviews, walkthrough’s and sign offs for projects and BAU items (including GM BoW) § Understand user requirements and expectations and develop functional requirements and raise clarifications with stakeholders § Provide appropriate knowledge to the development team on functional specifications § Act as a SPOC for business requirements and represent the end user in the development team § Lead and conduct functional testing and thereby be responsible for the end product release before user acceptance including functional reviews and training sessions § Assist in co-ordination between desks, both products and sales within HO and international locations § Work with products and Sales heads to set priorities to the strategic and BAU projects and initiatives (NAWC, BoW, Projects etc) § Produce appropriate and relevant MI and as required by business § Create presentations for senior management, working groups and committees § Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices § Take ownership of initiatives assigned and complete within deadlines Minimum General Qualification § Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience § Excellent organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills § Experience with all phases of a project life cycle § Strong co-ordination and stakeholder management skills § Microsoft suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint § Project management certification a plus, although not mandatory § Understands the local, regional and global markets dynamics of specific industries and business segments § Demonstrates fundamental understanding of different types of credit and master agreements documentation § Displays ability to support seniors in examining and resolving any credit, market or operational risk Minimum Technical Qualification § Demonstrates fundamental understanding of GM products mechanics, payoffs, market conventions and regulations § Knowledge of revenue and expense dynamics Requirements
