Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes to drive operational efficiency and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements. 2. Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. 3. Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows, and use cases. 4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges. 5. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed changes. 6. Perform data analysis and present findings to support decision-making. 7. Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 8. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. 9. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementations. 10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Qualifications: 1. bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 5. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. 6. Experience with process modelling and documentation. 7. Knowledge of project management methodologies. 8. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. 9. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. 10. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.Requirements
