Participate in all phases of new projects to assist in scoping, prioritisation and requirements definition to support the organisation: · Liaise between ITS and other business functions to assure effective delivery of existing ITS services and functionality · Work to build relationships with the process owners and business functions · Serve as subject matter expert for a specific area e.g. end-to-end cross departmental process · Contribute to the knowledge base · Provide guidance and support to the team and coordinate respective service activities and deliverables · Responsible for the creation of complex project charters, analyses for value capture, document business needs for specific projects to be chartered · Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis · Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs · Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed: o Functional requirements o Business Requirements Document o Use Cases o GUI o Screen and Interface designs · Provide project management support when required, namely: o Project initiation and planning o Project coordination o Project implementation and communication o Training as required o Preparation of project documentation o Ensuring delivery of milestones o Engage stakeholders in support of initiatives o Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies · Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously · Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of Account Managers · Drive and challenge BUs on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their objectives · Work with project teams and business to develop user acceptance test criteria with the business during the solving phase · Lead review and final sign off of functional specifications · Maintain business process architecture / process map for key processes · Continually provide application systems improvements, especially in cross-business processes Key Requirements and Qualifications · Minimum 7 years of relevant experience · Prior consulting/business analysis experience is preferred · Project Management Certification preferred · Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Engineering or other related fields · Master’s degree would be a plus Skills and Competencies · Strong knowledge of project management methodologies · Ability to document and diagram use cases, systems & business processes, and migration procedures with minimal background information · Strong facilitation and presentation skills · Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage · Strong analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills · Strong level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions · Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work · Good knowledge of health insurance concepts is a plus · Strong knowledge of Microsoft applicationsRequirements
