1. 6 to 8 years’ experience implementing at least 3 projects end-to-end 2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field 3. A history of leading and supporting successful projects 1. Working with users in a requirements analysis role 2. Basic levels of process mapping 3. Ability to plan, organize, and structure work. 4. Ability to design and configure solutions in line with business requirements and specifications 5. Adept at working in an agile / hybrid delivery environment 6. Proficient in resource and effort estimations, scoping and analysis 7. Oversee entire process of configuring applications, from design to implementation, testing and delivery of products 8. Excellent documentation skills 9. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills 10. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations 11. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook 12. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills 13.
