Job Description

  1. Oversee the operation and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) in mall environments.

  2. Monitor system performance, ensuring all BMS components function efficiently and effectively.

  3. Implement and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for BMS to prevent downtime and extend system lifespan.

  4. Troubleshoot and resolve BMS-related issues promptly to maintain continuous operations.

  5. Train and lead a team of technicians, ensuring they are proficient in BMS operations and maintenance protocols.
