We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bids and Estimation Manager to join our facility management team in the UAE. This role requires comprehensive expertise in reviewing bid and tender documents, assessing risks, ensuring compliance with submission requirements, and producing accurate commercial and technical proposals across multiple service lines.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing bid submissions with zero margin for error, reviewing solutions for RFP compliance, and developing benchmark rates for commercial evaluation. The role includes managing cost models and commercial responses for services such as MEP, cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, security, and façade cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct full reviews of bid/tender documents to identify risks and understand commercial submission requirements
Review and highlight contractual risks, ensuring considered budgets are aligned to mitigate those risks
Assess proposed solutions from operations and solutions teams for RFP compliance
Develop high-quality commercial and technical submissions that fully comply with RFP requirements
Create benchmark rates to evaluate market standards and assess bid competitiveness
Manage and produce accurate commercial cost models and bid evaluations
Prepare commercial responses for MEP, cleaning, swimming pool, security, and façade cleaning services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Bids and Estimation Manager within a Facility Management company in the UAE
