Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant and upscale bar in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in team leadership, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage all bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of customer satisfaction Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships Create and maintain an innovative mock tail menu in collaboration with mixologists Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally Prepare schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure staff coverage during peak hours Monitor bar revenues, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports Plan and execute promotional events to increase footfall and revenue Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or any related field. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the UAE.
