Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in the Owner Association and Property Management B2B sector, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients within the target market. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads and nurture them into qualified opportunities for our sales team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of B2B sales processes, and a proven track record of achieving lead generation targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify Target Market: Research and identify the target market within the Owner Association and Property Management B2B sector. Understand the unique challenges, pain points, and needs of potential clients.
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients. This includes utilizing various channels such as email marketing, cold calling, social media outreach, industry events, and partnerships.
Prospecting and Qualification: Conduct research and prospecting activities to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within potential client organizations. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
Outreach and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points, and positioning our products/services as solutions.
Lead Nurturing: Engage with qualified leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline. Provide relevant information, resources, and support to educate and guide prospects towards a buying decision.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. Provide detailed lead profiles and insights to help the sales team effectively engage with prospects.
Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities, metrics, and outcomes. Utilize CRM and other tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the Owner Association and Property Management B2B sector. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a B2B Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar role
Deep understanding of the Owner Association and Property Management B2B sector
Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead qualification techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
