Job Description

Scope of Work

Trainings adaptation, conceptualization, design, and development in a blended approach and different formats: face to face, virtual, videos, podcasts, webinars, training nuggets, etc.

 

Every training consists of the following documents:

 

  • One Pager including Learning Path.
  • Trainer Guide.
  • Trainer Background Information.
  • Trainer Presentation.
  • Participants Material.
  • Questions for the Knowledge Check.
  • Media and other materials as needed.
  • Pre-works and post-work for learning sustainability.
  • Individual feedback reports/development plan/learning progress reports after every training, assessment/development centres, and coaching programs.
  • Delivering Trainings/On the Job Coaching in both online and offline formats.
  • Support in conducting trainings health check and needs analysis.
  • Trainings/Participants/dashboard Administration and Management.
  • Reporting and presentations.
  • Responsible for improving training dashboard KPIs.
  • Project and quality management.
  • Other services/projects when and if required.

 

Job Specification

  • Development and adaptation of training concepts (digital, virtual, face to face) as per market specific needs.
  • Organization of trainings and resources (e.g. media, room, exhibits, etc.).
  • Conducting trainings (digital, virtual, f2f) for all target groups (wholesale and retail).
  • Reporting, feedback, recommendation, and follow-up on training measures.
  • Ensure brand behaviour standards and keep up to date with knowledge on products, brand, and processes.
  • Participants handling and administration.


Requirements

Qualification/Skills/Experience/Competence

  • 3+ years’ experience as a trainer: Automotive/luxury/premium/Trainer Certification.
  •  In-depth skills in training & coaching development, delivery, and methodology (Digital & Face to Face).
  • Strong analytics, presentation, reporting, MS. Office skills.
  • Good knowledge on economic data, competition, dealership processes.
  • (sales/aftersales/technical (wholesale and retail), brand & product.
  • Strong soft skills (e.g. communication, social, persuasiveness, self-management, willingness, creativity, customer orientation, intercultural awareness, etc.).
  • Language: English & Arabic (Arabic for the Sales Non-Technical Training is a must).
  • Media competence (handling modern media / playout tools, designing flip charts, pinboards, handling MS Office, online boards (DEON, Concept board), Confluence, etc.).
  • High affinity for the use of innovative media and formats such as VCT (Virtual Classroom Training), video, online boards, etc.
  • High coaching competence (the ability to guide others to reflection and self-knowledge)
