As an Audience and Analytics Manager at ITP Media Group, you will be responsible for driving audience growth and engagement across the Luxury Group’s portfolio, which includes titles like Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, Arabian Business, and Esquire. Your role will involve analysing audience behaviour and using digital insights to collaborate with editorial and commercial teams to optimise content strategy, user engagement, and subscriber growth. You will gather and interpret performance data, providing actionable insights to inform content distribution and commercial strategies. A key focus will be supporting subscription growth for Arabian Business through paywall optimisation and working with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions. Additionally, your technical expertise in tagging, SEO, analytics, reporting, and first-party data will be crucial in enhancing audience targeting, engagement, and revenue generation. Audience Growth and Engagement Data-Driven Insights and Reporting Paywall Performance and Conversion SEO and Content Optimization Commercial Collaboration Qualifications: Proven experience collaborating with editorial, commercial, social media, and technology teams, focusing on audience development and data-driven marketing strategies. Expertise in first-party data, audience analytics, and behavioural insights, with experience using DMP, CMP, and CRM technologies. Strong experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), event tracking and heat mapping setups, and working closely with development teams. In-depth knowledge of on-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimisation, and analytics tools, particularly in a premium publishing context. Knowledge of paywall conversion tactics, including email, social media, content personalisation, and customer journey optimisation. Ability to collaborate with commercial teams, integrating audience insights into pitches, proposals and whitepapers. A passion for luxury media and a deep understanding of the MENA region is a plus. Knowledge of new and emerging trends and technologies to drive audience engagement. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and develop actionable roadmaps for growth. Education & Experience: Degree in Technology, Digital Journalism, Multimedia Studies, Communications, or equivalent experience.
