Job Description Position Summary/Job Purpose: · We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a Fashion background. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy Development: o Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness across multiple channels. o Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines. 2. Budget Management and Financial Analytics: o Develop and manage the marketing budget with strong financial oversight. o Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI. 3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): o Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture customer relationships. o Analyze customer data to drive targeted marketing efforts and improve engagement. 4. Graphic Design and Brand Management: o Apply graphic design skills to create compelling visual content. o Oversee brand management activities to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity. 5. Digital Marketing Proficiency: o Implement and optimize digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. o Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies. 6. Influencer Marketing: o Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, with a focus on influencers in the UAE market. o Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to drive brand engagement. 7. Public Relations and Stakeholder Management: o Manage PR agency relationships to ensure effective media coverage and brand representation. o Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 8. Event Management: o Plan and execute marketing events and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. o Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and ensure successful event execution. 9. Flexibility and Adaptability: o Adapt marketing strategies to respond to changing market conditions and business needs. o Demonstrate flexibility in handling a variety of tasks and challenges. 10. Team Leadership: o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 marketing professionals. o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). · Employment Standards Minimum Qualification required: · Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing. Experience: · 5-10 years’ experience in marketing within a fast-paced marketing environment.
