Job Description

Ability to understand client needs and communicate them
Ability to independently conclude audits of SME’s

Understanding and compliance of workplace policies and procedures.

Perform annual audits as per Firm Audit Methodology

Capacity and skills and training required

1) Extensive knowledge of IFRS standards, ISA standards, audit practices, procedures and reporting standards.

2) Proven experience on technical accounting and general business issues.

3) Thorough experience in implementing and providing expertise on technical standards,

4) Industry knowledge and audit best practices to Develop an audit strategy.

5) Languages: Fluent in English and fluent in Arabic add value to the candidate

6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel).

7) Motivated, Team Player

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, an Advanced degree is highly desirable.

Internationally recognized accounting qualification or working towards one.

Minimum of 1-3 years recent work experience as an auditor at an International Auditing Firm (Big Four) whilst demonstrating a progression in complexity of auditing and accounting tasks .
