Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an International Luxury Retail brand. Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Store Manager who will be responsible for carrying out that goal through positive and effective communication with customers as well as efficient operation of the store.
- Coach and support other team members
- Maintain and monitor store inventory
- Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
- Greet and assist customers as necessary
- Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality
- Maintain product levels appropriately
- Interact with the public via social media and maintain the store’s online presence
- Process sales when necessary
- Generate and review daily sales reports
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma holder
- 3+ years of experience handling a retail store
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale retail operation
- Confident with good coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Russian and\or Arabic
- Candidates with prior hospitality industry are also eligible
