On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire for the position of Asst. Sales Manager with experience in Valves Manufacturing and process piping for their Abu Dhabi operations. A successful candidate must have excellent experience in all phases of project and sales activities with a thorough understanding of business strategies and pricing structure. You will also have excellent analytical and negotiation skills with a proven track record. Within this role you will be expected to: Manage the overall sales for projects/MRO business for the UAE but not limited to prospecting, negotiations, execution of orders, and order closures Develop long-term and annual plans for international projects to meet business unit sales strategy Plan and achieve year-on-year growth from different market segments such as MRO, Stock Sales, Projects, and flow line requirements Attend trade shows and various conferences Appoint agents and distributors in various territories You will also be expected to develop and mentor a sales team Monitor order execution and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all contracts are executed Coordinate with the client for all PO-related issues not limited to MTC approval/delivery schedule Education, knowledge, and experience: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. A masters degree in Business Administration would be an added advantage A minimum sales experience of 8 years in Valve Manufacturing with 2-3 years of managerial experience Must be proficient in technology/product knowledge and understanding of product features and project composition Should have excellent knowledge of international markets while dealing with clients and suppliers Must be flexible to travel across different locations as and when requiredRequirements
