Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Assistant Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaker) to support daily operations and help lead a dedicated front-of-house team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about guest experience, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

· Ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction, especially for Arabic-speaking clientele.

· Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain performance and morale.

· Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.

· Support in managing inventory, staff scheduling, and supplier coordination.

· Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.

· Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

· Act as a communication bridge between Arabic-speaking customers and non-Arabic speaking staff when needed.

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant supervision or assistant management.

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

· Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

· Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

· Guest-focused with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

· Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operating procedures.

· Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a busy environment.

· Flexible and hands-on approach to operations.
