Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of a high-end restaurant in Dubai. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience Supervise, train, and support front-of-house staff, maintaining high service standards Ensure efficient staff scheduling and labor cost control Address guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment Uphold hygiene, health, and safety regulations throughout the restaurant Support implementation of sales initiatives and promotional activities Assist in reporting on financial and operational performance metrics Foster a positive team environment and contribute to staff motivation and development Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting. Minimum of 3 years experienced in the UAE. Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in hospitality, tourism or any related field.
