Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pool Club Manager in overseeing daily operations.
  • Supervise staff and ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Manage inventory, staffing schedules, and venue maintenance.
  • Support in organizing events and promotions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a luxury beach club.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual candidates prioritized.
