Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales of business/financial services, and a track record of meticulous follow-up and target achievement. The candidate will have to generate leads through personal networks and references or through the existing clientele.

The key responsibilities include :

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
Developing quotes and proposals.
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person.
Closing deals by generating new business and upselling/cross-selling on existing clients.
Ensuring individual sales targets are met monthly.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions

Requirements

The candidate may be required to travel to other Emirates for closing deals at an alternate time.
The candidate must have a valid UAE license and preferably a personal car.
The candidate must be proficient in winning business deals with a thorough analysis of clients requirements.
The candidate must be proficient in MS Excel and other Office software.
The candidate must be adept with CRM tools for management of prospects/clients.
The candidate must be competent in achieving sales targets as set by the management on a quarterly basis.
