Our client is a multinational engineering company based in JAFZA. They are currently recruiting an IT graduate having 3-4 years of experience in IT support and CRM management.
Job Responsibilities
Trouble shoot laptops, printers, networking, and servers
Proficient in Windows Server 2012 and Active Directory
Background in networking
Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer information
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all CRM activities are functioning
Analyze customer data
Manage the Salesforce CRM
Skills
Has a background in Salesforce Data Loader
Good knowledge of SQL query
Good understanding in writing batch file scripts
Experienced in using CMS in managing website
Experienced in deploying website
Must have basic understanding of SEO
Communication skills (English)
