Job Purpose: Key Responsibilities: • Manage day to day Asset certification in line with Project requirements • Maintain and control all Equipment calibration in line with business procedures • Update and control all Assets certification within System and file all electronic documents in line with business procedures • Complete Offshore Visits and complete asset inspections with Third party inspectors • Ensure output meets project quality standards • Enforce health and safety procedures Qualification(s) & Training • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Industrial discipline or equivalent technical qualification with 3 years’ work experience in related field. • Basic Offshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) • Certified IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & API Spec Q2) Internal Auditor with minimum of 2 years Auditing experience is preferred • PMP Certified with at least 5 years of multiple project and people management experience • Minimum 5-6 years total working experience in Operations Role with 3+ years in relevant sector with an aggregate of 4 year offshore/ island-based work experience / oilfield drilling waste industry as related service or process provider • Demonstrate proven experience in organising your own work effectively and setting priorities to meet competing deadlines. • Commitment and strong understanding of the issues surrounding the quality of client service delivery • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and the ability to use business support software • Strong leadership qualities, customer service, project management, and quality control skills • Ability to produce and analyse management information reports and make key recommendations to senior management based on these results. • Competent in applying defined systems of work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Adaptable, flexible, and positive attitude towards change • Good team player with the ability to also work on own initiative • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams within an organization and people management experience • Dedicated to promoting a positive image of the company • An eye for detail and ability to present information effectively in a precise and appropriate format. • Ability to work with less supervision and track multiple processes • Knowledge in advanced computing skills including OS & advanced MS office skills and strong IT skills and ability to oversee electronic case administration systems • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to liaise with all management level members and external suppliers • Ability to travel on business to domestical, remote and overseas locations • UAE driving licenseRequirements
