Solves Assembly Line Problems And Leads Discrepant Material Reviews.
Actively Participate In Process Improvement Initiatives. Assist In The Introduction Of New/Revised Processes/Products To The Manufacturing System.
Interacts On A Regular Basis With Other Functional Groups and Customers On Technical Clarifications.
Coordinates Manpower, And Equipment Requirements Based On The Build Plan Data Provided By The Planning Team. Support Daily Production Volume Targets.
Initiates And Approves Engineering Change Authorizations and Advance Deviation Request.
Develop And Maintain Methods To Assure Compliance To Quality Assurance Systems. Follow And Assure Safety Guidelines Are Being Met and Report Unsafe Conditions And Incidents To Supervision.
Troubleshoot Equipment Issues And Take Up With Right Stake Holders
Conduct Risk Assessment For All Assembly Processes.
Take Up 5s Program On Assembly Line.
