We are hiring an Architect Inspector for one of our clients in Doha.

Candidates who have the required qualification and good experience may apply.

At least 10 years of experience
Capable in handle a project as lead along with the contractor, supplier and client.
Should have knowledge related to Supervision field.
Able to review material submittal. ITP, shop drawings, etc.
Should be able to liaise with contractor and client in meeting.
Continuously following up and do all necessary actions to ensure that all progressed work can obtain authority approvals easily e.g., QCDD, KAHRAMAA, PEO, MMUP and AWQAF.
Conduct performance evaluations, raising Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), as necessary and ensuring its close-out periodically to avoid any abortive works can delay the project work.
Reviewing claims and payments issued by the contractor and give technical and financial advice
With a valid QID
Residing in Qatar
