Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join a multidisciplinary team working on large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design development, coordination, and site supervision phases, ensuring that all architectural works are delivered in line with project specifications, local regulations, and client expectations. This role is ideal for someone with strong design sensibility, technical skills, and practical experience in both office and site-based environments. Key Responsibilities: · Participate in the design development process, from concept to construction documentation. · Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals. · Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other design disciplines to ensure design integration and compliance. · Assist in resolving design-related issues on-site, ensuring execution matches the approved design intent. · Ensure compliance with local codes, authority requirements, and international standards. · Prepare presentations and visual materials to support design proposals. · Conduct site visits and participate in site coordination meetings to monitor progress and quality. · Review shop drawings and subcontractor submissions for architectural scope. · Support senior architects and project managers in various stages of the project lifecycle. · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree or architectural license is an advantage. · 4–6 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably on large-scale projects in the GCC. · Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design tools. · Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction techniques, and building materials. · Knowledge of Saudi Building Codes and local regulatory processes is a plus. · Excellent design, coordination, and communication skills.
