Primarily involved in the Applications Support Services of IT Department, delivering Services to the customers internally and externally. Implement and execute best practices, techniques, and procedures essential to an application’s optimal operation, performance and availability to the customers while maintaining the quality of data and the health of the platforms and service delivered (not limited to patient portal and clinical portal)
